Cam constantly seeks to provide products and services of excellence to its customers. The company has progressively introduced and certified its processes under the international ISO 9.001 and ISO 17.025 standards for its laboratories.
The company also makes an annual survey of the level of customer satisfaction in the different lines of business. The methodology seeks that the customer gives priority, evaluates and compares with the competition the different aspects of the company’s service. The results enable us also to identify gaps and focus our efforts on improvement.
Proximity with the customer is a fundamental factor for Cam. It therefore carries out a series of activities every year for strengthening this relationship, such as:
Permission Marketing
To achieve a better communication with its customers and keep them informed about its principal activities and relevant highlights, Cam began the sending of a newsletter in digital format.
This is sent monthly by e-mail by each subsidiary and is a new communication channel that enables customers to be informed regularly about products, business and new technologies developed by the company.
The sending was also developed of tactical e-mails to publicize the range of products and services to actual and potential customers.
Recreational Events

In order to create closer relations, the company invited its principal customers to a series of recreational and informative events. These included the Marcelo Ríos - Pete Sampras tennis exhibition match and the qualifying games for the South Africa World Cup 2010 between Peru and Colombia; Peru and Argentina; Chile and Brazil; Chile and Argentina and Chile and Colombia.
A Cam Baby Football Cup tournament was also arranged in Peru, and a Cam Golf Cup 2008 competition in Chile. A series of demonstrations and test-drives were also arranged as part of Cam’s commitment with its customers interested in or who have contacted the company to know more about the Reva-i.
Talks and Seminars

Cam, jointly with Universidad del Pacífico del Perú, organized for its customers the seminar "Lighting as a BTL marketing tool, technological innovators in intelligent lighting", which brought together expert specialists in architecture, lighting and BTL publicity to show intelligent lighting technologies for the communication for commercial purposes of a product, brand or concept.
An exhibition hall was also organized in support of the seminar in which Cam presented to participants its principal projects carried out and its innovative products.
